There is at least much research on the effects of R(+) vs. S(-) alpha

lipoic acid. I have taken only the d-tocopherol succinate and

" natural " forms of tocotrienols and mixed tocopherols for vitamin E

for many years. I've seen much less mention of the stereoisomer

variation for other vitamins.
