Lack of Vitamin D

Just want to

share...I have been

tested to see if I

had a vitamin D

deficiency. It came

back , I am very!!

low. I live in the

North , have been

sick all summer , so

not getting sunshine

and winter I don't

get out much. It

doesn't surprise me ,

but makes me angry

at the doc's that

never test for these

kinds of things. I

am depressed. a

symptom of lack of

Vit. D. Some of you

might want to get

tested too. Is a

simple blood test.

Also want to ask, if

any have found they

are low in this

vitamin??
