I think one should go get tested to see where you are at with your levels. Google it and read all you can about it. Yes, I know the net isn't always right , but see who has done the study. Go from there.. From what I have read and been told, you can't let your body get too deficient.. It does cause alot of problems.. If one is taking antidepressants , for instance , for depression, and it is really a vitamin d deficiency... one won't get better until the underlying problems is addressed.
