Here's a Christmas gift idea for the elderly, that we young spring chickens, can give our loved ones. They don't need more power, perfume, knick knacks that need dusting. Instead fill a large box with assorted cards with stamped envelopes, small cans of food, meat, veggies, animal foods if they have pets, all the things we take for granted, but the elderly, on a limited income have trouble coming by. My mother always cried when she opened her box and sometimes it lasted for months for her.
