I've just come thru a 7- week bout of IBS complete with diarrhea and severe cramping (no constipation). Went thru tons of tests and thru process of elimination, IBS is the diagnosis (sounds a like like how I was diagnosed with Fibro). Have been doing lots of reading on the web, but there is so much conflicting info, I was wondering if anyone out there has had success with something (i.e. medicine, diet, supplements, etc.)?
