Guest guest
Chuin: As Jeff requested - our rules here are to back up assertions with peer-reviewed scientfic evidence (published in respected places i.e. no pseudo science). See the description of the group on our website. Also there is no need to keep repeating the same idea in post after post. We're a pretty intelligent group here and we get it the first time. In relation to this, I e-mailed you off list several days ago. You have not replied. Which leads me to think that the e-mail address you use for the group is not an address you use for other mail. Under our new rules a valid e-mail address is necessary if you want to remain a member in good standing. on 1/5/2005 10:09 PM, Jeff Novick at jnovick@... wrote: > PSS You keep promoting Brief, Infrequent Full Body, High Intensity (HIT) > training.
