I just hit an adult low (151.0) the day after, but being single and living alone I wasn't tempted to go ad-lib. Actually I feel like I'm adlib all the time, just eating right. Recent weight loss was due to cutting out a little too much snacking on walnuts. When you don't buy it, you can't eat it.

Be well...

I didn't either - gain weight.

I ate some things perhaps I shouldn't have, but I didn't eat much of them, except the dressing. Plain ole corn bread dressing. And that was my main meal Fri. A cup of dressing. And I woke up sat with 117/70 BP, so I call that good.

Rather than dwell too much on any one food, I eat a variety, except for meats. just 2 oz of turkey thurs - none usually. I may make some low fat chili, but I won't eat a lot in any one day.

I think the diet has to be not dull more than any other criterion. Otherwise it's hard to stick to it.

Regards.
