Guest guest
Hi Mike: What I would like to see is a study that compares the effects of different types of tea. A Tufts study many years ago showed that regular black tea protected against eleven different forms of cancer. Are there any studies that show green tea is materially different in health effects from other types of tea? (That is tea from the tea plant. I am not talking herbal teas, for which I know of no evidence of benefit). I realize that green and black teas are chemically somewhat different as a result of the 'fermentation' process that is used to produce black tea.
