I had this . In may 2005 it hit me and I had pain every day for 9 months.

Now I only get an ocasional flair that does not last long at all.

I cured my self with:

cysta Q

Cystaprotek

http://www.cysto-protek.com/faq.html

Drink: pear juice, chamamile tea, corn silk herb. Get liquid herb and put 10 drops into some water and sip it at night.

Dont eat anything with oxilic acid in it for a while, like spinich.

I took no drugs except for 1/4 of a 10 mg elavil at night, for pain.

You must 'calm" your bladder with this.

Also a very low dose of atarax.

It is the mast cells in your bladder adding to the sensivity.

These 2 drugs at a LOW dose will calm the nerves while you use the natural stuff to cure yourself.

In my case, my bladder lining was thin. It needed to repair itself and with the help of nutrition, it can happen.

Quercitin is a bioflavanoid that helps alot.

Also, this guy has a product called multi pollen that really helped me too:

Dr. Bob Marshall.

multi pollen.

Get it,, it works.

you can learn all about it here:

Look in the diet and nutrition areas to learn more.

I never got on Elmeron.

You can cure yourself naturally.

[HeidiLiane] Interstitial cystitis (IC) vs Fibro

First, I'd like to introduce myself as I am new to the list. I posted an earlier message. I have IC (bladder pain) and am wondering if anyone else has it. I have been treated for it since Jan 2008 but I know I had pelvic pain for several years. No treatment has been successful; however I have to watch my diet. Practically everything I love has been eliminated but I still have pain. I am beginning to think there is a correlation between it and Fibro and/or the colon, but am not sure. It's like I have to try to be my own doctor because each doctor I see can't put it together. During the meantime I am in constant pain. I'd be interested in knowing if anyone else has a similar problem.
