Guest guest
Hey guys, -and femmes- By reading your posts I'm getting really interested in knowing your exercise routines, and how CR and, perhaps low carb, are influencing into your stamina and training. Six months ago I started an strenght training and increased my aerobics. For a short story, I only will tell you I had to increase my caloric level from 1500-1800 to 2000-2100, so I now find myself more than 20 pounds heavier (mostly muscle, but I don't think it being a good thing for longevity issue because of the increased calories). Also, I had to change my meals pattern from 2 a day to 5 a day for not being hungry all the day, what is no easy to do neither psychologically fun (I have to think excesively of food). Now I may run 10k every day in 50 minutes and I'm really stronger, but my heavy body weight makes me feel guilty and I had thought of dropping all this exercise and lowering my caloric intake to 1800 at least. I guess health is not equal fitness; and fitness is not equal longevity. Please, I would be pleased of reading how you manage this exercise+CR compromise issue. Thanks in advance. Regards.
