Deciphering A Food Label

I beleive we should get most of our food from unrefined, unprocessed whole

natural foods. However, there are packaged products out there that can play a

role in helping one eat healthier.

To help people make better choices, I teach a class called " label reading " .

I just wrote an updated version of my " label reading tips " and it went online
