Hi Jun:

Since vegetables are so healthy have you experimented with different

vegetables to see which you tolerate best? Then avoid only those

that cause you trouble, but eat the others. Have you also

experimented cooking the same troublesome vegetables by different

methods? Depending on the reason for the difficulty it is possible

that the cooking method may be a factor, and a troublesome, but

healthy, food cooked by another method might be OK. If the problem

persists you might want to get some medical advice. It is unlikely

you are the only person ever to have experienced this phenomenon(!)

As for the nutrient content of juices, presumably it is identical to

the nutrient content of the foods from which they are made. However,

they will probably be absorbed much more quickly in the intestine

(higher glycemic index).
