Guest guest
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with following a macrobiotic diet. And, if macrobiotics is compatible with CRON. Thanks everyone!
Guest guest
So you think macrobiotics works more for what it omits tan what it permits? I had never thought of it that way. I guess though at some point that lack of animal protein and EFA's catches up with you. Getting off the Standard American Diet is going to help anyone regardless what they turn to. Lynn S.
Guest guest
Phil, Most americans quit a diet after the first week. It took me 3 years eating a lowfat diet to realize I wasn't eating enough fat to get my Vitamin A. (Please note, I am also very skinny and probably exhausted all my internal fat stores at this point.) IMHO, You never know until its gone when other things start to break because it is gone. Guest guest
Goodpoint. I imagine part of my immune system weakening all the years of eating low protein low salt and low fat)and bad fat) diets. I'm learning that rebuilding tales time.
