Guest guest
, Unfortunately, ye olde Wondercocoa Nutrition Facts are ALSO wrong. The Nutrition Facts say: serving size 5g, calories 20, Total fat 0g, Total carb 2g (which includes 1g of fiber), protein 1g. The sum of the fat, carbs, and protein do not add up to 5g. They add up to 3g. What is the other 2 grams? Inert filler? Since it is a powder, it cannot be water! Maybe fat? The calories: (2g carb - 1g fiber) gives one gram of metabolizable carb (4 calories) + 4 calories from 1g protein gives a total calories per serving of 8 calories. Where are the other 12 calories coming from? 1.3g of fat perhaps? That would be about 26% fat for the product. I don't know why manufacturers cannot print reliable labels. Maybe they think that nobody will notice, and they are all too eager to pocket the profits from products with wrong labels.
