Guest guest
the carbs in powdered Splenda is result of the added maltodextrin (corn based sweetener). The liquid sucralose I get from Warren used to be sucralose only, but now it has cellulose added (insoluble fiber). I'd rather have cellulose than insoluble fiber any day. ymmas808 wrote: > does anyone know if liquid sucralose (like the one recommended in > links section) has 0 carbs? i know the powdered packets have .5 grams > of carbs per packet which can add up fast. Guest guest
In addition to the powder with cellulose Warren provides, other folks provide pre-mixed liquid version without any carbs/calories as well. Guest guest
Sammy: you are confusing sucralose with Splenda. The sucralose in the links section has nothing added (unlike Splenda) and is pre-mixed in liquid form, ready to use for added convenience. At one time sucralose was difficult to purchase and the person that others mentioned (Warren) bought it in bulk, repackaged it and resold it to CRONIES in powdered form. This sucralose from Warren could only be bought from him in fairly large quantities and so was expensive. Now however it's available on the web cheap, pure and premixed, ready to use. on 3/31/2005 1:51 AM, ymmas808 at ymmas808@... wrote: > > does anyone know if liquid sucralose (like the one recommended in links > section) has 0 > carbs? i know the powdered packets have .5 grams of carbs per packet which can > add up > fast.
