I have a tendency, also, to want to eat more when I exercise more than an hour a day, three times a week, so the challenges of maintaining a calorie deficit become greater. If we can maintain (I find an ongoing increase, but I'm still losing weight) our strength and thus our lean body mass with less exercise-related free radical manufacture (an unavoidable byproduct of the increased respiration), all the better, sez me.
