-----Original Message----- From: Rodney Sent: Mar 24, 2005 5:05 AM Subject: [ ] " Less Exercise is 'just as good' " http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/wales/4375457.stm--This has been my experience as well. I have a tendency, also, to want to eat more when I exercise more than an hour a day, three times a week, so the challenges of maintaining a calorie deficit become greater. If we can maintain (I find an ongoing increase, but I'm still losing weight) our strength and thus our lean body mass with less exercise-related free radical manufacture (an unavoidable byproduct of the increased respiration), all the better, sez me. I also take a Vitamin C before exercising to possibly help keep them little free-radical rascals from running wild.
