Simple solution. Order some of Warren's defatted cocoa powder. I

have been meaning to do so myself!

you can also buy cocoa (unsweetened) for baking in many forms in stores - as

a powder or as squares. Especially since Warren's products are sold in bulk

only and thus are expensive and need storage space.

Yes, I do this too. :) And the chocolate I consume

is on the high end with respect to cocoa percentage.
