I just finished an analysis of most all of the new South Beach Ready To Eat items and here is an overview of them. I have a word document with a more complete analysis if anyone wants it I wouldn't recommend any of these products or eat them, In most cases, I think the box is healthier than the product in the box. These are averages per category.
