Guest guest
Again, the link to this paper comes from the CLL Alternative group. To give you an idea of what you'll be reading, here's a brief quote. " In order to discern real variants from sequencing artifacts, the researchers developed a bioinformatic algorithm to weed out common sequencing errors. Once these artifactual insertions, deletions, and substitutions were accounted for, the researchers were able to identify genuine somatic mutations that were present in as few as one in every 5,000 cells. " In order to read the paper, you will need to register, but the service is free. http://www.genomeweb.com/issues/news/148782-1.html Warm wishes, Jan
