Guest guest
The longer we live, the more likely that we will be in some sort of " accident " whether it be tsunami, car, plane or falling off a ladder. My next-door--neighbor, a careful man of about 50 went out for a what he thought would be a pleasant spring weather bike ride the other day (helmet on of course). He hit a bump in the road, and the next thing he knew he was in the hospital with a broken shoulder, a few broken ribs threatening to puncture a lung, and occasional fainting that the doctors couldn't find a cause for. Turns out he'll be OK after a couple of months of recuperation but it just as well could have turned out badly. Even Walford couldn't have forseen that his stay in the Biosphere, what to him was a great adventure, might eventually lead to illness and death (for those who aren't familiar with this, see our file: DR WALFORD'S POSTS).
