I did some surfing around a few months ago looking for ways to speed up nerve conduction as I can really see the difference between my reaction time and that of the " few decades younger " players when I'm playing pick-up basketball. So far I haven't found any magic ju-ju to supplement but suspect there is some bio-chemistry involved, not just tired old synapse.
