Hi I am a newbie but to CR but a long time health nut or neurotic as

the case maybe. I think this CR is great and am surprised by my lack

of

hunger and health benefits so far. However I find the technical

emphasis kind of boring and repetitive, very scientific which most

people aren't, so it's unlikely to become a big health movement. Also

I

find it kind of lonely CR since in most situations family and work

whatever, if you lose 10 or 15 pounds people will be very disturbed

if

you explain how or why so I don't, that sets you apart. So far it's

been great for me I feel good, but there must be a lot of people

trying

this who are lonely or have psychological difficulties in adapting

to

a behaviour which is not normally rewarding in natural human

behaviour.

The funny thing is for me this eating behaviour is superior to

natural

human eating behaviour, but it does set one apart and that is not

necessarily healthy in a psychological or social sense.
