1. Stay in the group this time. This is the single most important factor

that keeps me from " slipping " .

2. Read the posts to stay current in nutritional news.

3. Read the files especially all the files in the folder: BEGINNING CRON.

Most important to me was to find the lowest level I could eat without losing weight.

You'll be surprised how low that is, I believe.
