You might say that these are the best of times but also the worst of times. 

A time of unprecedented opportunity to develop better and safer therapies

against lymphoma on the one hand -- a time of alarming shortages of proven

drugs on the other.

This report describes concerns raised by well-known advocacy organizations

about plans to cut reimbursement rates for drugs - a policy that will make

the already terrible drug shortages much worse, by reducing the incentives

to manufacture drugs for the treatment of life-threatening medical

conditions - instead of increasing it.
