There are no proven diet cures for cancer (or else the world would be cancer free). The following suggestions are not cures; but have (according to studies) " prevention " effects : broccoli sprouts, cruciferous vegtables, the combination of broccoli (and probably other cruciferous veggies) eaten together with tomato sauce, minimal animal fat, sufficient vitamin D, cranberries, to name a few possible preventatives amon the many being studed by researchers. --There have been recent encouraging data about whey consumption and colon cancer, but I can't remember whether they were concerning a diminished likelihood of developing it or better results after onset.
