Guest guest
Hi Gay: You need to read 'Healthy Women, Healthy Lives' - Willett. Willett is the principal investigator at the Nurses' Health Study. The book is the single best source of information on the study's findings to date. It is not leading edge stuff, it was written a few years ago. But it certainly contains the data on the relationships found in that study between oils and heart disease.
