Guest guest
Hi Rodney I've been trying to get my head round the nurses study. So far I've read a lot of conclusion but not much about what constituted poly or mono fats which may be what you were suggesting. I'm thinking of things like my own experience with Olive Oil and trying to relate it to things like, was their Olive Oil used for frying or in dressings? and so on. Also the omega-3/6 connection. Is there anything published on what they classed Olive Oil, mono, what questions they asked? etc.. Perferably something fairly simple to read. My poor brain is a bit clogged trying to read all these studies.
