Guest guest
X: 1. Don't worry about set point. 2. Since you feel good and your doc says you're in good shape, congrats! I assume your BP is good and your white blood count is low? Those would help indicate that you're doing it right. See BT120YD which discusses all the various biomarkers. 3. Read our folder/files for beginners. See the file " Checklist for CRON Variety " in the folder : " Improving your CRON Program " which discusses the many different fruits/veggies/nuts that you should aim to include in your diet rather than eating exactly the same thing every day. Specifically, more variety in greens, a small handful of various nuts rather than just pecans (almonds, hazelnut, Brazils for example), and a wider variety of cooked veggies for dinner (cruciferous veggies for example). You should consider also more variety in berries adding: blueberries, blackberries, raspberries etc. Consider adding more variety to your salad. You can buy ready made " spring mix " which contains a wide variety of greens. To that add: shredded red cabbage, red pepper, broccoli sprouts, and whatever fresh veggie you desire. The salad Walford describes on the pages discussed below is a good example of a salad with a wide variety of veggies. 4 Rather than the rum, if you want alchohol drink red wine in moderation. Drink green tea liberally. Walford describes a typical day on page 219-221 which is easy to try to copy. And we also have typical eating patterns in the files. on 6/15/2005 12:57 PM, xerifeefirex at xerifeefirex@... wrote: > I need help, advice and evaluation. > Am I doing it right? > > I firmly believe that CRON works and that one's bodily functions > undergo significant change with CRON. > > I recently bought and tried to read Dr. Roy Walford's book. Guest guest
Holli, Sounds like Trigeminal Neuralgia. My cousin, with CMT, was successfully treated for this condition with Neurontin. It eventually resolved (after several years) and she is off the medicine. Sudarsky, MD
