Guest guest
I need help, advice and evaluation. Am I doing it right? I firmly believe that CRON works and that one's bodily functions undergo significant change with CRON. I recently bought and tried to read Dr. Roy Walford's book. I did not get very much from it. I can't even figure out what my set point should be. So, I am writing to the CRON group for help. Thank you in advance for any and all comments. Specific doubts and concerns: Am I getting adequate nutrition? Is 155 pounds a good set point for me? Do my bio markers indicate that my body is in a " CRON " state? There is very little variation in my breakfast and dinner menu.
