Guest guest
Morning Rodney I'm guessing part of the solution would be fish rather than olive oil for example. I truly wish I could eat some of the oilier fish but I hate most fish. Maybe time will change my tastes. I am just getting to grips with things like cod and king prawns, which make a change from chicken and turkey at least. I think I will try and forward plan my menu for the week in Fitday and then see if I can't make some informed choices! Does anyone else in the group monitor their cholesterol? BTW, having read 'Beyond the 120 year diet' I was about to order 'The Lonegevity Diet' but I see has also written 'The Anti-Aging Plan'. Any suggestions which would be the best buy?
