12 oz of meat, chicken or fish for dinner sounds like an awfully big

portion. Cut back on huge amount and eat more cooked veggies instead (or

add more berries).

I would substitute ff yogurt for the lo cal ice cream/cool whip. Or am I

taking away all the fun in your life?
