So good to hear from you Joanne!

To the group: I sent Joanne a list of Aussie members. There are actually

quite a few.

Hi there

I'm in Australia too. In sydney. I've not yet started on CRON. I want to

start doing it after I read the book. Am having difficulty trying to get it.

Anymore of us from Australia here?

Hi :

To find the books ........... " Beyond the 120-Year Diet " and " The

Longevity Diet " go to www.walford.com.

I am about one third of the way through my copy of The Longevity

Diet. Just finished the section titled " ABCs of Nutrition " , the best

concise summary of what nutrition is all about that I have ever seen.

Rodney.

The books are available in most public libraries (at at least here in the

United States).
