Guest guest
Just my own experience: My history has ranged from weight of 130 and bodyfat of 34% and weight of 140 and bodyfat of 14%. The difference due to adding weight training to a low fat diet, vs. doing immense amount of cardio and a diet heavy on fat and sugar. At 130/34%, my BMI would be lower than when I was actually healthier, but heavier. My take away: One number does not the total story tell. Guest guest
Today a friend emailed me to say that Walfords BMI is 15. If that is true and I apply it to myself, it would give me a weight of 90-95lb for my 5'6 " . I find that thought somwhat alarming.
