Waist to height ratio

I think that you can't expect the waist to height ratio to be linear.

Tall people are more likely to have a small waist-to-height than

short people. I'm 5'3 " and even when I weighed 97 lbs (BMI =17, body

fat approx 16%), my waist-to-height was 0.41.
