This study suggests that polyunsaturates protect against Parkinson's --

a disease, believe me, that none of us want. It is devasting,

especially in its latter stages.

Ironically, one of the theories of Parkinson is that it is caused by

oxidant stress, in which polyunsaturates are sometimes implicated. No

mention of this, at least in the abstract.
