Guest guest
Need advice from those knowledgeable about guar gum. Now that I've figured out how to make a tasty pudding and have grown rather fond of it, I'm wondering.... 1. What constitutes a serving? 2. How many grams of soluble fiber am I actually consuming? 3. How much is too much, assuming I'm eating properly with meals and lots of water? 4. What am I actually eating when I add the cellulose? My current favorite concoction is made in my Vitamix, and has frozen raspberries, nonfat greek yogurt, water, sucralose, guar gum, and cellulose. It resembles raspberry mousse in taste and texture. In a 3 to 3.5 cup mixture, I'm adding 2 tablespoons each of guar gum and cellulose. It takes me 3 or 4 days to eat it all. Thanks in advance for your help!
