Guest guest
I would go to the " Real Age " website first and check around there. There's probably lots of info from the book that's free at the website. I've seen the author on tv and IIRC, nothing new that hasn't been covered elsewhere. on 7/5/2005 12:08 PM, bernadettepawlik@... at bernadettepawlik@... wrote: > I was leafing through the Real Age Diet at the local bookstore. Guest guest
That title is offputting for anyone who is a stickler for the truth. At the present, there is nothing that can " make you younger " ........ on 7/5/2005 12:59 PM, jwwright at jwwright@... wrote: > The RealAge Diet: Make Yourself Younger with What You Eat (Paperback) > by F.
