Hi again,

I remember that prunes topped the fruit list for Orac's, and then

blueberries strawberries etc. In general berries are quite low on the

glycemic index so they are the least " harmful " of fruits. Apples aren't so

bad considering that they have quercitin, which is a powerful anti-cancer

nutrient and not high in fructose.

Yes, I think we need to be careful.

I probably overdo it, but before eating fruit I take carnosine, which is a

potent antiglycation agent.

We have an Orac listings in the files under " IMPROVING YOUR CRON PROGRAM " .

As I recall prunes are way up there.......

And IIRC pomegranate was in orbit WAY above anything else for

ORAC/antioxidant score.
