Guest guest
They're all interesting, , Let me suggest a topic. Cod liver oil, often touted as a cure for arthritis contains a not well known FA, gadoleic acid. An old book I scrounged, just because it was there, gives a recipe for using CLO mixed with OJ or milk. Of course, the book has logic errors, but the one thing that perked me was to compare CLO with other fats, including the latest snake oils. CLO is interesting because it contains LA, ALA, and AA in small amounts as well as EPA and DHA. Perhaps the recipe for the wright oil supplement is already known, not the FAs from the fish skin, but the FAs from the liver? Any biochem on gadoleic acid, 20:1? Regards. ----- Original Message ----- From: T Sent: Friday, July 22, 2005 11:14 AM Subject: [ ] Re: Is hunger the "fundamental basis" of CR benefits? Heh, I appreciate the fact that one of my posts was actually interesting to someone other than me! [ T.----> ]
