Guest guest Posted May 17, 2005 Report Share Posted May 17, 2005 I just calculated my kcal for my desired weight. It gave me a number of 1664. Do I have to eat less than that to get to my goal weight then use that number to maintain, or do I consume that many daily calories to get to my magic number? Thanks! (I think I know the answer....I just want to keep quiet in case I'm wrong) M - with a degree in physiology/nutrition one would think I'd know this! LOL I guess I'm getting old and rusty.
