Don,

You have to listen to those inner voices that give you good dietary

advice :-)

You can at least improve your snacking by buying some granola bars

with no hydrogenated oils and some apples or fruits at a grocery store

and take them to work in a cooler for your night shift. That way, you

will not eat bad foods out of desperation.

By the way, I was stationed 30 miles from you at Ft. Sam Houston for a

couple of years.
