Guest guest
Hi JR: To add my two cents on this ............ everyone here, I believe, is 'in it' for either the improved health (proven in my opinion) or extension of maximal lifespan (seems very likely but not proven yet in humans) that CR seems to promise. Or, of course, both. Anything that contributes to either of these objectives will be eagerly welcomed by all of us here. Mimetics, if one or more can be shown to actually work, will be as welcome as beneficial supplements; maximizing known micronutrients; increasing intake a still- unidentified trace nutrients; optimizing macronutrients; figuring ideal meal size/spacing ('fasting'(?)); etc.. As you well realize, we all of course know about this stuff, and are following the studies as they are published. Rodney. > > Not so.
