TIPS:

Firstly, don't follow the link provided in the email when it seems

suspicious - off-topic, etc.

When such is posted to our list we will delete the message.

We will then Moderate the subscriber's posts going forward- verifying before

emails are accepted.

Most times this happens when a subscriber's system get's infected by Malware

- so the post is probably not intentional.

It's important to have up-to-date anti-virus software installed on your

system, but even experienced users will suffer from viral infections
