Guest guest Posted July 24, 2005 Report Share Posted July 24, 2005 One CR-important point about exercise- I think weight-bearing exercise is likely to be crucial to people doing CR, at least for those on the low end of the BMI range. We know that CR puts us at risk for osteoporosis. From the people I know who have it, it's not a pleasant way to enjoy your old age -- and that's even if you don't fall and break bones.
