Guest guest
Hal Nothing is proven to help slow disease except maybe green tea extract, and the consensus is to treat when treatment is needed and not before. My best advise is to have a good team of CLL experts and plan at least two steps ahead. Maybe a transplant is step two. Stay strong
Guest guest
Hal, I am to used to using my Iphone to answer email. Tom is on the Btk inhibitor trial at MD . It has done wonders. I look at it like holding the CLL at bay while waiting for the " real " cure. I am sorry to say that I do not think transplant is the way to go with CLL. At least not for Tom. My latest CT scan indicated that my lymph glands were slowly growing, but it of no concern RIGHT NOW. I am concerned since I can see More treatment in the future and eventual DEATH. Question?? is there any treatment or studies out there than can help me now. I do not want to wait for calamity without doing something
