Question about LDN dosage

I'm a bit confused: are you saying that you had numbness on both

dosages? Overall, I would think you'd be better off taking the dosage

that maintains the greatest level of comfort for you. For example, Dr.

Bihari initially put me on 4.5 mg, but after four days switched me to 3,

because of increased spasticity. As for symptom relief, I've been on

LDN since December and have found that it's had no effect on the burning

and/or oversensitivity I feel in my legs.

Dr. Bihari does not guarantee symptom relief, but he does believe LDN

prevents disease progression. Is it a real drag

--isn't it?--have to simply LIVE with some of these symptoms. I'm still

not used to it.

Hope this was helpful.

http://www.larrygc.com/mystory is my journal of my early days on 3.0, and my 2 4.5 'trials' of 38 days and 14 days.

I'm on 3.0, I tried 4.5, I dropped back to 3.0 and after another 2 week trial, stayed on 3.0

[low dose naltrexone] Question about LDN Dosage

Hi. I started on 3mg of LDN on February 10th of this year, a little over 2 months ago. I've been doing really well on this dosage. Since my fourth week on LDN, I've had much more energy, easier walking and climbing stairs, less pain in general, a better mood, sleeping better, etc.So my question is this: Is there any reason to arbitrarily increase dosage to 4.5 if I'm doing well on 3mg?
