Hi,

It is desired that local culture-sensitivity patterns should be

regularly studied,compiled and information disseminated to the

clinicians. But it is most unfortunate that isolate reports are

circulated and antimicrobial use in the profession is not based on

sound scientific justification. Newer and higher antimicrobials are

used irrationally.
