In the blue box to the far right hand corner of the logo...low dose naltrex=

one is a link that says Group Member Edit My Membership. Click on edit my m=

embership and scroll down and click....No email.  Don't send me email, I'll =

read the messages at the Web site. Only you can make these changes, not the=

webmaster.

I am not the moderator - but I can tell you how to fix your email

problem. Go to " Edit My Membership " to the right of the words " Group

Member " (close to the top right hand of the screen) and click on it.

There you can go down a few lines to under " Message Delivery " and

check the " No Email " button. Then you will go no emails from the

group. There are a couple of other options - like Daily Digest you

could select, too - whatever suits your needs.
