You don't say how long you have been taking LDN, but considering the fact that a 4.5mg dose is about the size of a grain of sand (something like that), I figure that a .5mg dose would be so miniscule that it couldn't be seen. If you are taking a 'pinch' of pure naltrexone, then you are getting a BIG dose! And yes, a headache would be possible. Are you sure about your dose?

From what I've read, the filler is important and can be the cause of side effects. Find out what your filler is, and you may want to try someting else. Cornstarch didn't work for me, but calcium has been good.

I didn't get a headache with cornstarch. I had bowel trouble with it as the filler. Also, many people are allergic to corn, so they may have trouble with cornstarch as a filler. Headache could be an allergic response.

Headache problem, it may be the filler used. Ask the pharmacist what filler was

used in the capsule. I had headaches with Avicel filler. Dr. Bihari recommends

Lactose but if you are allergic to lactose have them use Acidophilus.

Do you think it would be possible to get a head aches with Avicel at .05 mg? that sound unreal.I only took 10% of .5mg.

a prescription from the compounder in illinois that

doesnt use that and i dont have any side effects and i

am on .05.

Why .05mg?The lower recommand dose is .5mg to 5mg.

If you are allergic to your filler(there's much more filler there than LDN)=

, you will have adverse symptoms. Example: Like someone who is allergic to =

shellfish, any trace amount of shellfish could cause a problem.

Your capsule contains mostly filler. .5mg of LDN is not going to come anyw=

here near filling up a capsule so you're getting over 90% filler in one caps=

ule. If you just took a pinch, you took mostly filler and got very little n=

altrexone.

Your body is most likely not going to know LDN is in it until you go up to =

at least 1.5mg to 2.0mg. Don't expect any results at such a low amount of L=

DN except maybe a bad reaction to the filler unless you are severely allergi=

c to naltrexone and most who have been allergic to to naltrexone have experi=

enced blood in urine, only 2 people I know of so far. Remember, that is a s=

evere allergic reaction to naltrexone at 4.5mg for those 2 people.
