Guest guest
, I'm still at a level where liquid tylenol helps. I'm pretty sensitive to most meds, so I'm fortunate that the liquid form of tylenol is still pretty effective for me. And it works much faster than the tablets or capsules. I also use celebrex for my back pain. Muscle relaxers are a last resort since they tend to make me weak and limp. Guest guest
Hello , When I was having a lot of pain across my shoulders and upper back area I took mineral baths(salt) and used the heating pad at night. I'm also on the Best Bet diet and the recommended supplements, which I think are helping me tremendously. I no longer have any pain except a little stiffness in the back when I over do, (yard work, etc.) Oregon On Sat, 04 Sep 2004 00:39:47 -0000 "creiaa" <carrieland2@...> writes: I would appreciate hearing from people as to what they use for muscular pain and neurogenic pain.Thank you.
